The Ponte Vedra Sharks move to 4-0 on the season.

The Ponte Vedra boys tennis team remains unbeaten after posting wins over Leon High School and Stanton College Prep, against a non-decision to Creekside (due to rain).  Patrick Hawkins (line 3) won in exciting fashion splitting sets at Creekside (6-7 (7-3); 7-6 (7-3); (10-2)), while Jonathon Beck (line 1) won convincingly with a 7-5; 6-4 score.  The Sharks swept Leon, posting a 7-0 team score and then narrowly scored a win against Stanton with a 4-3 score.  Adam Logan paired with Jay Kirkley to win at one doubles against the Blue Devils, and Adam then scored his fifth victory of the season at line 4.  Adam leads all Sharks with a 5-0 record in singles and 2-0 in doubles.  Ryan Gummerman posted his second win of the season against no losses.  The highlight of the event was the line 2 match of Kaivon Minaei, who came from behind to score a 9-8 (12-10) win, deciding the winning team score.  After hosting St Augustine, the Sharks will compete in a 4-team weekend tournament at the Episcopal School of Jacksonville.
