Coach Ben Wilson is in his 3rd year as head coach at PV and 4th overall. This marks year 17 for his coaching career which ranges between Louisiana and Florida. The first stop in LA, his teams won back to back state titles in 2006 and 2007. Recently, he won the 3A state title at Windermere Prep (Orlando) in 2016. Coach Wilson has helped see over 40 players reach the collegiate level and a few professionally. The first 3 years involved with the PV program are the only 3 years the Sharks have reached Lakeland for the final four and state championships. The Sharks are knocking on the door and getting closer to claiming their first state championship banner!
