:: REGARDING PRE-APPROVED ABSENCES ::
Pre-approved absence? If you have student who will be absent please print the Pre-approved absence form.
Please carefully read the guidelines for pre-approved absences in the PVHS Student Handbook and on the St Johns County School District website. Specifically:
- You must turn in the form at least FIVE DAYS PRIOR to your requested date.
- A parent note with explanation and/or documentation must be attached to the form.
- The form must be fully completed and signed by a parent.
- If student is attending a field study trip, please fill out the Sponsoring Teacher line at the top of the form.
Every form that is in compliance with the above guidelines will be reviewed for approval in accordance to our district, state and school policies.
