2021 Harvard Science Research Conference

The 2021 Harvard Science Research Conference (HSRC) is a two-day conference for high school students who are passionate in the sciences, providing a space designed to encourage and promote interest in all ranges of scientific areas as well as research. Traditionally, the conference is held at Harvard University, however, this year is will be held via Zoom on Saturday, October 2 and Sunday, October 3, 2021. Conference participants will attend presentations by renowned Harvard professors and participate in workshops on important skills such as public speaking or resume writing. Students will also interact closely with extraordinary current Harvard students in the sciences, many of whom have won top accolades from competitions such as the Intel Science Talent Search and the Siemens Competition.

There is an application for the conference and no prior research experience is necessary. HSRC is simply intended for students who have demonstrated interest in the sciences to learn more. The application is available at https://www.hcura.org/about-hsrc and will be open from Monday, June 14, 2021, until the deadline to submit the application on Friday, August 13, 2021.
